SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international markets soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@renora.life within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
